Turn meeting notes into a useful brief
A reusable structure for decisions, owners, deadlines, and open questions. Keep what is confirmed separate from what still needs an answer.
No Academy sign-in required. Companion sample files are in English.
Try it now
- Add the meeting notes and relevant project brief as sources.
- Use the prompt below to draft a short handover.
- Verify each decision and deadline before sharing the brief with colleagues.
A prompt to start with
Using only the selected meeting notes and project brief, produce a handover with: purpose; confirmed decisions; actions in a task/owner/deadline table; and unresolved questions. Cite each factual claim. Write “not specified” where a source does not provide an owner or deadline. Do not turn proposals into decisions.
Check it before sharing
- Every confirmed decision has a supporting source.
- Each action has an owner and deadline, or is marked not specified.
- Proposals and open questions are separate from decisions.
- A person has checked names, dates, and citations before sharing.
