Start with the sample files
Read the lesson guide
A written companion to the lesson, not a verbatim transcript.
- Turn the planning information into a checklist or study aid using an available Studio format, or ask for the checklist in chat.
- Compare the generated tasks with the sources before using the output.
- Before sharing a notebook, review its sources and the access settings available in your account. Practise with the fictional files and decide who needs to view or edit.
Try this prompt
Use it with the sample sources in your notebook.
Create a workshop preparation checklist from these sources. Group it into coordinator tasks and participant tasks. Include owners and deadlines where specified, cite the sources, and put undecided items in a separate section.
Your turn
- Generate the checklist in chat or an available Studio report format.
- Check each task and owner against the planning notes.
- Write down who would need view access and who would need edit access. Review the sharing settings without sending an invitation.

An illustrative answer based on the sample files. Your wording may differ.
Coordinator: Maya sends invitations by 5 November; Arun prepares sample documents by 6 November; Pim books a room by 7 November. Participants: bring a laptop and use the fictional sample documents. Undecided: meeting room. Sharing plan: participants view; the coordinator edits.
