It is free. Use your Google account.

Use the Studio panel to turn your sources into media: an Audio Overview (a podcast-style conversation between two AI hosts), a Video Overview, an infographic, or a slide deck. Brief each one with a focus, style, and language, revise single slides with a prompt, and download the results.

Your lesson kit

Follow along with fictional workshop documents. Written guides and practice files are in English.

Read the lesson guide

A written companion to the lesson, not a verbatim transcript.

  1. Use the Studio options available in your account to create an overview of the two source documents.
  2. Brief the output for a specific audience. Here, the audience is colleagues deciding how to prepare for the workshop.
  3. Review the generated result against the sources. Available formats and controls can differ by account and device.

Try this prompt

Use it with the sample sources in your notebook.

Create a concise overview for the 12 customer success participants. Explain the workshop goal, the three-part agenda, what to prepare, and the confirmed date and time. Use only the provided sources. Do not describe the room as booked.

Your turn

  1. Choose an available overview format in Studio and use the prompt as your brief where custom instructions are supported.
  2. Review the result for the correct agenda, date, and preparation instructions.
  3. Identify one detail to improve and revise the brief or output.

On 12 November, 09:00–10:00, our 12-person customer success team will practise creating customer briefings with source citations. We will spend 10 minutes on the introduction, 35 minutes on hands-on practice, and 15 minutes reviewing results. Bring a laptop and use the fictional sample documents. The room is still to be confirmed.

Check your work

The overview explains the purpose and preparation, uses the correct 60-minute agenda, and does not invent a location.
