Ep.2 — Adding sources GoPomelo Academy — English practice kit A notebook with two clearly named sources for the same project. GUIDE Download both practice files and create a notebook for the workshop project. Add each text file as a separate source. Keep their descriptive filenames so you can distinguish the brief from the meeting notes. Check that both documents were imported before asking a question that needs information from both. PROMPT Compare the workshop brief and planning notes. List the workshop date, participant count, budget limit, and action owners. Cite each source and flag any missing or conflicting information. YOUR TURN 1. Add the workshop brief and planning notes as separate sources. 2. Confirm that both sources appear in the notebook. 3. Use the prompt to build a short project fact sheet. ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE Workshop: 12 November 2026, 09:00–10:00; 12 participants; budget limit THB 3,000. Maya owns the invitation, Arun owns the sample documents, and Pim owns the room booking. The room name is still undecided. CHECK YOUR WORK Your notebook contains both files, and each owner in the fact sheet is supported by the planning notes.
